Responses to Public Consultations
CPRW Powys branches have responded to a number of public consultations on proposals from Welsh Government, Natural Resources Wales and Brecon Beacons National Park on topics which concern the quality of rural life in Powys. The above two documents were published in June 2018. Both exclude mention of responses pointing out the limitations of the scope of the Consultation. For example, mention of CPRW’s response to Chapter 10 ‘Wildlife’ is omitted, in which we questioned the content of this chapter, which deals only with snares and excludes any wider consideration of ecology and environmental protection.
